Shipping Policy
All orders are processed and shipped in accordance with The Wee British Shop’s shipping policies and are subject to product availability. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and carrier schedules. Prices for shipping, shipping methods & carriers and delivery times will be provided once an order is made.

Please note that shipping delays may occur during peak seasons, holidays, or due to carrier issues beyond our control. If you need confirmation of a delivery date, please contact us before placing your order and we’ll do our best to help.

Non-Deliverable Packages:
If a package is refused or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address, no refund will be issued. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify all shipping and order details prior to checkout.

Perishable & Frozen Items:
Our shipping packaging is tested to maintain a temperature below 42°F, meeting USDA food safety standards. Frozen items are only shipped via next-day or two day shipping methods of delivery only to help ensure they arrive in good condition.
​
Due to our store being located in Florida, we advise that chocolate may melt during shipping. Although we will provide an ice pack, we do not accept responsibility if items melt during shipment.
Please note: The Wee British Shop is not responsible and will not take responsibility for frozen products that arrive thawed or partially defrosted.

In-Store Refund Policy
​
At The Wee British Shop, we want every customer to leave happy with their purchases. Because many of our items are food products and perishables, all food sales made in-store are final and cannot be returned or refunded once they’ve left the shop.
​
If there’s ever an issue with a product you’ve purchased — such as damage, spoilage or an incorrect item — please bring it back to the shop within 48 hours along with your receipt or contact us via phone or email.
​
We’ll review it and do our best to make things right.

Non-Food Items:

Non-perishable items (like gifts, merchandise, or non-food goods) may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of purchase, provided they’re unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Gift cards are non-exchangeable, non-returnable and are not transferable as a cash alternative.

Refunds where applicable are issued to the original payment method.
